Shipping, insurance, and returns

Certified coins ship in their holders, cushioned and immobilised inside a plain outer box with no indication of contents. Raw coins ship in inert flips or capsules.

Every shipment is insured for its full purchase value in transit. Higher-value shipments require an adult signature on delivery. Exact carriers, coverage limits, and the signature threshold are pending confirmation.

Orders are prepared and dispatched on business days after payment clears. Shipping rates, any free-shipping threshold, and international availability are calculated at checkout by our commerce system — nothing is estimated on this site.

Because each coin is a single item, returns are handled individually. The intended terms are a defined inspection window from delivery, with certified coins returned in an unopened, undamaged holder and shipped back insured. The final window, who pays return shipping, and any fee are pending owner approval.

If a coin is shown to be inauthentic or not the item described, we take it back. The exact guarantee wording is pending approval — ask us in writing in the meantime.

A difference of opinion about grade on a certified coin is not a defect; the grading service assigned the grade. We will still discuss any concern with you directly.
